About This Story
Salih (AS) was sent to the people of Thamud, skilled builders who carved their homes into mountains. Allah sent the she-camel as a clear sign and a trial for them, but they hamstrung her in defiance and were destroyed by a mighty shriek, leaving only Salih (AS) and the believers safe by Allah's mercy.
